I'm mildly worried at getting a 120GB iPod upgrade as apparently 10,000 songs is all the system can manage. My 80GB iPod Classic of course is all 25kbps or greater AAC (.mp4 extension). I honestly can't tell the difference in sound quality but supposedly there is. I also can fit all 11k+ songs on my 64GB iPhone but I do have to use the 'convert to 128 AAC so it all fits.
